The receiver has a lot of flexibility with our certificates as they can be redeemed for accommodation, activities and packages, throughout Banff. You aren’t locked into one hotel or certain dates or seasons. When they call us to redeem we can suggest the best deal for the dates they want to travel and the best style and fit for accommodation.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any dollar amount and can be used towards any tour, activity or accommodation that we offer. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation with your gift voucher number and your e-gift card. If you would like the gift voucher posted instead of emailed, please list this in the booking notes (Canada only). Gift Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire.
